Phone line down almost 2 months still no feedback

My phone line is down 2 months and after a number of calls and wasting of airtime still no response. Logged the fault on 1 December and technician comes out 13 January 2018 does nothing and states he’s going to the exchange never to return and the system is worst now the phone line is not working also . There is no feedback or sense of urgency in the matter. Telkom have *********** technician who do not no a simple line issues
