Phone line down again. 6 times in 1 month

Hi. My phone lines are down again. Yet again. Promises from Telkom and those from the head office who reply to this posts are blatant lies. I wish another wired company can come into the market to teach Telkom a lesson. Most pathetic service ever. My phone worked for about 10 days in 2 months. Yet they very fast to charge full rates
