Phone line down

My Phone and adsl line haa been down for 12 days now, contacted telkom multiple times and filed multiple reports, even Mweb tried to contact telkom for me.They said they were working on the phone line but after waiting and waiting the problem has still not been fixed.The reference number I received was 567CTK261115.
