PHONE LINE CUT TWICE, STILL OUT, NO RESPONSE

The telephone line to my house was cut for no reason earlier this month on the 4th Feb. I logged the fault (836CWK040215) and it took 3 days for them to fix the issue.

Now 2 days ago on the 19th Feb my line was cut again! I logged another fault (451CWK190215) but have heard nothing back from Telkom about this issue beside an SMS that says they will try resolve the issue in 9 days!!! What the hell, 9 days! I run a business from the premises! I need the line connected again for internet and phone use! I can't call Telkom either as my line is dead and there is no way in hell I'm gonna spend an hour on hold on my cellphone clocking up my bill. They can never help anyway.

Between Eskom and Telkom, you will have ruined my business! The level of uselessness is astounding, no wonder Telkom is losing market share. Hire some skilled people and take your heads out from the sand!

For my 10Mb line I pay R1035.05pm, that is R34.50 per day, I demand a refund for the downtime I am experiencing due to Telkom's incompetency. Why must I pay money for no service? That is 5 days so far, and I doubt Telkom will have it fixed anytime soon. 10 days of down time is R345.00! Credit my account!
