Phone Insurance disbute

I have received the worst service from Finite Insurance and Telkom.

I've been paying for my cellphone contract and incur ace for 18 months and make toake one claim for a damaged phone.

Finrite wants me to make an extremely high access against what was sold to me. I am now paying for the phone and Insurance for three months and have no working phone.

Telkom is not assisting me as their client with their 3rd party service provider Finrite.
