Phone insurance claim

I have been a loyal Telkom customer for years and had 2 devices with them. Paid for insurance also and never missed a payment 😔. Their website says claims are finalized within a week which is false advertising, selling false products!!!!! coz when my phone got ****** I logged a claim and it's approaching a month now but still nothing. Was told that the claim is with Old Mutual for a Review and my heart sank same time coz Old Mutual is bad with claims. Been calling for weeks and they keep telling me it's with Old Mutual and they don't know when they will get feedback. They don't respond to anything even their agent Tswarelo said he will call me back kodwa dololo. All this hassle for a phone?????????? What more with greater products? I paid insurance for it coz everything is done on my phone, I need it. Telkom is a **** together with Old Mutual
