Phone insurance

I took a contract with telkom last year and I ensured the device which is Samsung Galaxy A30s with 128GB internal storage. I have never skipped a month without paying but then now I have lost my phone then telkom claims is telling me that I'm qualifying for Samsung Galaxy A22 with internal storage of 64GB because I qualify for a phone not more than R5000 I told them to give A32 because the storage A22 it's small and they saying A32 is R7500 which when I search for A32 price it's not that price even when you take it on contract you less than what I am paying, I told them to give the same phone and they said it's no longer manufactured. Can't they just give me the R5000 then I will buy the A32 myself
