Phone has been in for repairs for 6MONTHS

<p>TELKOM MOBILE AND FINRITE took my phone for screen repairs from FEBRUARY up to date. I have sent COUNTLESS emails trying to find out when will I get my phone back, all in vain. Next week will be AUGUST and that means I have been paying for 7moths for a phone I do not have. I TRULY DESPISE HOW LOW TELKOM HAS TREATED ME. I HATE IT. I cannot wait for the end of this contract!!!!!!!! It's been truly so inconveniencing I do not understand how they think it's ok to pay for something I do not have for 6moths. Its cristal clear to me that saying they care about customers has proven to be a lie to me, they simply do not care.</p>
