Phone delivery

<p>I ordered a phone two weeks ago , still not delivered, call Telkom was reffered to the courier company. Called the courie company advised that phone will be delivered on Monday, call the courier again advised the phone has been returned to Telkome, mind you my bank account was debited within 2 days, </p> <p> </p> <p>I have emails to Telkom with no response </p>
