Phone delivered late and does not work

<p>I ordered a phone online from telkom about three weeks ago, they took my mone 2 weeks back and I recieved the phone yesterday. Get to my house switch the phone on without charging register my icloud on the phone a few hours later the battery dies I charge the phone for about an hour ots just blank. I have now charged it for 24 hours and there's still nothing. not only have I waited so long for this phone I get a faulty phone.</p>
