Phone dead after repairs.

I handed my phone in at Telkom Rosebank cause I had a few lines across the LCD. When I received my phone back after a couple of weeks the phone was completely dead and did not even want to switch on. My phone has gone in for repairs again and it has been over a month now and I am still without my phone and no-one not even the manager at the Telkom shop in Rosebank gets back to me with feedback or any info whatsoever. Can't complain about the service cause there aint any service to complain about. I have even sent Sipho Maseko an e-mail but even he does not get back to me about the poor service.
