Phone contracts is a **** with so called Telkom

Telkom is very bad wen it comes to phone contracts, they should have stayed with land lines. I will never ever encourage any one tontake their stupid phone contracts, they must ask other services providers how do they conduct their phone contracts. Telkom keep on debiting more than what we had a agreed on and they don't respond nor communicate with customers. Even if wen u go to walk in stores, they won't help you resolve the account rather they give you the call center no, wen u call u will be put on hold till phone drops, specially wen u want to cancel the f****st contract u won't get through. I have been trying so many time to talk to them with no luck....Telkom is a **** don't be tempted please
