Phone contract

Hi Peter! I hope you are well. I have a complaint about Telkom. I had 2 contract with them but one is paid up and I requested or it to be cancelled off completely I don’t want anything on my number to be topped up. I will be topping it up myself. So last of last month they billed me R100 extra because of the contract that I canceled they said they giving me data and free sms of which I did not agree on. They did the same thing again this month even though I sent them an email telling them that I don’t want it. Please intervene
