PHONE BOOKED IN UNDER ***

September 2019 a Samsung P20 Lite Blue was booked in for repairs which was covered under Telkom Insurance. An update was provided sometime in September 2019 where they were requesting a excessive excess fee and we rather requested the phone to be returned. There were numerous emails requesting return of the phone since 3 December 2019 under reference TC015473. Its end of January 2021 and they have still not returned the phone and have not responded to any emails as per usual. I've even included the CEO S Makeso on my mail but no response. Please return the phone or the value of the phone in 2019.
