Phone booked for repairs no feedback

On the 28/10/2017 i booked my huawei P9 for repairs due to software issues but i have not received any sms stating anything about my phone’s repair status and i phoned telkom multiple times and also went to the store where they had no answer for me regarding when i will receive my phone

I am so frustrated with this network i will not even advise anyone to join This network
