Phone blocked

I've never seen such ***********s and worst service ever Telkom service is **** l have been trying to get them to suspend my phone for 15 days l don't know how many proof of payments l have sent through n l was asked to send proof of payment again today. The worst part is they let us deal with their consultants who are not allowed to give us the accounts Department number ,this is really frustrating. I truly want out. This **** , not one person is able to help. Such ***********s
