Phone blacklisted by telkom and telkom is not even the service provider

Telkom is the worst ever i am not even a telkom client and they have some how blacklisted my apple iphone on the 15/04/2019. After numerous hours fight with vodacom, vodacom has informed me it is not them who blacklisted my phone but telkom who has as it was reported lost why would i contact telkom if my phone is lost if my phone was lost or stollen i would have contacted my own service provider who is vodacom. I was not even in South Africa at that stage i was in the UAE for work so when i got back in South Africa and my phone was not working i thought there was something wrong with my sim card after 2 sim swops and phone being sent to the apple repair center and phone still not working it as taken me almost 2 weeks to get an answer which i was not expecting from vodacom. Telkom is **** people should stay away they are refusing to help me sort the problem i have proof of when i bought the phone brand new in February 2018. They should be closed they should not be supported by anymeans at all
