Phone bill - contact centre

<p>Last week already I write a review, the lady give feedback and say I must phone the call centre. (Didn't even give me the number to phone have to google the number)</p> <p>I did phone (012) ********** phone just ring. she also give me a ref., no one did phone me back and its already Monday </p>
