Phone and home internet suspended because of R42

Been with Telkom for 10years and my cellphone and home internet get disconnected for R42 that I apparently owe, which it doesn’t state on any invoice, can’t make the R42 payment online because it shows I owe Telkom no money because my account gets debited every month automatically, I go and pay the R42 at a PEP and now get informed that it will take 48hrs before they can put my phone and internet on, because the payment must reflect even though I sent the proof of payment and it’s not my fault I can’t make the payment online because it shows I owe Telkom no money!! This is ridiculous! i will definitely be cancelling my contract with you
