Phone 10219 does not exist
My Telkom ADSL contract is due to expire 02/02/2016. Telkom sends me a letter IN THE POST advising me to call them on 10219 but the number does not exist. Numerous calls to their call centre 10213 just has me listening to music and the constant \Dear valued customer blah blah blah...". Have been holding on for 11 minutes so far whilst I type this report. Why can I not communicate by email with Telkom - then both Telkom and I have a record of my communication?<br> I am not renewing my Telkom landline and ADSL. How do I advise Telkom of this? """
