Pholoso , best agent of Telkom i've come across.

I was on a call with Pholoso a telkom call center agent and the line was cut off before i could rate her service.

I achieved everything that i called for and she was clued up with everything and when she wasn't sure, she asked me to be kept on hold to get the information for me.

I never had a good experience with Telkom and she just changed everything.
