Phethetic service from telkom

<p>I have never received such bad service from any network rather than telkom, they have been debitting my account since last year september for a phone that i received from them and it was faulty. I reported the phone within 7 days of arrival and had to run around like a headless chicken to get this issue sorted out but everyone kept promising me to give a call back but no one ever did. So i am being debitted every month for a phone that i dont have. this is highly unacceptable telkom is just a disgrace i will never advice anyone to take anything from telkom.</p>
