Phenomenal Service

I'm quick to kick up a ruckus when it comes to bad service, but something few people do is give recognition where recognition is due. Today I want to give double thumbs up and both big toes toe Katleho Mono at the Telkom Shop Irene Mall. I cancelled my Vodacom Home 3G contract (10+10 Gig for R499) for a Telkom LTE (50+50Gb) contract at R699 (Incl Router). We don't have fixed lines in our area. <br> a) He came out to check if the cignal is feasible for me before signing the contract last Thursday.<br> b) He processed the Paper work on Saturday (if took it in Friday evening)<br> c) Monday afternoon I collected everything<br> d) Monday night at 10pm when I was busy setting everything up, and I popped him a mail with a few questions, he called me back immediately and sorted everything out there & there.
