Pethetic Telkom service

After almost a month waiting on a telephone line they came and put the wrong package in. After numerous phone calls to there helpdesk nothing was done about it. Every time they say they will call back. It never happen. Today i went to the local mall and complained again. Than i get told a call will be locked ... so i get the so called phone call just to tell me we offline sir.... can you please phone back in 2 hours. We still waiting for our adsl line ... what a joke.. telkom is by far the worst company i delt with... unprofessional is an understatement. Lets see how long i still have to wait....
