pethetic service worst ever
<p>Telkom’s service has been ridiculous!!! Absolutely no courtesy, I have had an unresolved issue now for the past 3 weeks and nobody can seem to help!! And they call me a valued customer! Absolute bull****. I’ve spoken to 5 customer care operators and 2 instore consultants but nobody can seem to solve the matter and it was their fault! All they have offered me with is to practice my patience and tolerance levels better because I have been waiting forever to get some useful assistance out of them! Such a reputable company but with no reputable service! Very disappointed.</p>
