Pethetic service from Telkom

Telkom is pethetic with customer services. We logged a call more than 4 weeks ago to have our adsl moved to our new address. They cut the old line before we even moved out our old place. When we logged the call on the 16th of April we were told the line will be installed withing 3 weeks. We now sitting with a month later and still no response from telkom. We have been phoning for the last 3 weeks every day and if they not offline they escelating our request with no feedback. And instelation. And every day the call center said it will take 21 days. Even after speaking to a manager that promised to let us know whats going on no calls was received
