<p>i app**** online for a look alike mobile phone 2nd week in April 2017. Agent called back, did the application & confirmed everything completed I can expect a call for delivery within a few days. No ref number given. Days passed, weeks passed no call received. I then called in sometime end of April to hear whats the holdup just to hold online waiting to speak to anybody. Not getting hold of anyone started ****ing me off & went to a store. The guy i spoke to checked on their system & found no order placed for me. He couldnt help me to understand where my order went to.</p> <p>I then app**** again in May online. Did exactly the same process, completed the application but also informed this new agent that i already went through this process & not happy with the outcome so i hope this time round this will run smoothely which she assured me will & even gave me a ref no. Turnarouond time was 7-14days for delivery.</p> <p>I called after the first 7days passed just to make sure everything still going according to plan. Spoke to very abrupt agent saying i must just wait 21days.</p> <p>i then called again on Monday because 14days now long time past. Can you believe that the order was not actually completed & the agent couldnt tell me why. Now how long do you think one's patience can hold for this **** - which i asked.</p> <p>The agent then said that she will email the one who did the application to find out what the problem was & request that they phone me with 48hrs to give me feedback. When i asked to speak to her superior he/she was then apparently in a meeting. I then requested that someone calls me back within 24hrs & guess what - NO DAMN CALL RECEIVED.</p> <p>i am so angry with these imcompetent people. How the hell do they still have damn jobs if they cant even give you a staight damn answer or do any followups with their customers.</p> <p> </p>
