Perthetic service

Since I have had my adsl installed I have phoned every day to close my broadband order off so I can get my full internet speed but yet up I til today nothing I'm wanna cancel my service but even that I can't do.... *** must I change me banking details so u don't get paid Is there anyone that can sort this out I have Ref number and tickets number but you IT departmart can't do there jobs
