Perthetic accounts and billing process

Requested to be removed from d/o, this was confirmed by Telkom accounts but I was debited 2 months in a row and charged R 202.09 for the bounce by Telkom and by my bank. They refuse to remove me from d/o or to remove the excess charges. Truly dissapointed. My family and I will be cancelling all services with Telkom.
