Persistent debit orders

<p>We had a Telkom contract which we later decided not to renew. We informed Telkom about our decision and our contract was terminated without any monies owed to Telkom, This happened last year but up until this day Telkom is still debiting different amounts of money from the account that was signed up for the now terminated contract. We have been to various Telkom outlets, have sent emails and made telephone calls and they always make promises to have this fixed or they actually assure us that it has been fixed only to have the same thing happen all over again.</p> <p> </p> <p>ref no is TELK ********** 62</p> <p>They debit different amounts of money from R495.00 up to R795.00.</p> <p> </p> <p>Kindly attend to this, the bank has blocked them a few times but each time we do that they resurface with a different account that hasn't been blocked.</p> <p> </p> <p>Your Assistance will be much appreciated.</p> <p> </p> <p>L.
