I went to collet my phone at Hemmingways mall on the 27th of dec 2015 at telkom .To my surprise when I received my account billing it amounted to R814.97 on the 13th of jan 2016 . I then called the call center to enquire about the extra R200 I was being charged for and was told it was for wireless in store activition .He never informed me off that.I was then told they would remove the R200. To my surprise I got billed for R814.97 and not for R614.97. I am outraged and completely disgusted for such incompitance . Its complete day light ******* and the trust relationship I had with my service provider is gone....
