Permanent show Run out of dat but is unlimited package

Telkom your LTE unlimited package is permanent up and down and say ther is no data.

Please explain how is that possible?

You selling a product that is prepaid but is always an issue. Need to reboot it4 time a day.

This is not a service and product that is advertised and sold to customers
