Perhaps my patronage is unwanted

My cellphone contract expired on the 24th of May and I would like to upgrade. I visited two Telkom branches on 23 May that did not have stock of the phone I was after. They recommended I try online. I could not find an upgrade option online so I contacted Telkom via their Facebook communication channel. I have subsequently messaged them TWENTY FIVE times in connection with my upgrade. The responses i get vary from my query being "handed over for assistance" "escalated" and "with the relevant department." I received one email to tell me the phone I requested (Sony M4 Aqua) was no longer available (even though still advertised on their website at the time), would i go for the Samsung J5? I rep**** and the inbox i rep**** to came back with a message that it was full so i reverted to Facebook to communicate this and the fact that yes, I would like the Samsung J5 but considering the admin nightmare they are currently putting me through I would like them to give me the contract deal at the price of the M4. Not unreasonable in my opinion, especially considering I would still like to be the customer of a network provider with this level of customer service. I has been almost 2 months since my first correspondence and I am STILL WAITING. This is disappointing and frustrating and I really would like some decent service asap, or is that a vain hope?
