Pentioners NEED there land lines!!!!!

Over a month ago, my father reported that his Telkom land line was not working. My parents are pensioners and need their land line to do their day to day communications, as well as in case of emergencies. <br> <br> My mom has been confined at home due to her health and thus not having a working phone is a major stress to them.<br> <br> So far, after 8 calls from friends to the Telkom call centre, and after several reference numbers and escalation numbers, the line is still not working!<br> <br> <br> They are now desperate. Why must they endure the stress caused by such horrific service when they pay their bills on time and have NEVER missed a payment in over 20 years?<br> <br> Telkom - DISGRACEFUL!!!!!
