Pensioners need their own line!

To anyone wanting to go with Telkom, do yourself a favour and go to MWEB! Telkom branches always have long long lines and many of the customers are the elderly which hold up the entire process! Telkom should have a separate line for pensioners because there is no ways i'm waiting for an hour because the pensioner in front of me still doesn't know where to find the whatsapp icon on her phone.
