When we opened my mother in-law Telkom account they said she qualify for pensioners discount they made a copy of her sassa card, This month I went thru her statements as from June 2015 they charge her the same as a non-pensioner how many old pensioners money is Telkom *****ing ?

With 2 reference numbers ***5 and SM237325 no one of Telkom has contact me when I phoned them 2 people put the phone down in my ear. When we got this Telkom line they said my mother in law do qualify for pensioners discount now they say its rejected I want to know how they can just change like they want to. Sonja at the Telkom branch say we must just attaché the SASSA card when we apply and she will get the pensioners discount. Worst service we received ever is from Telkom
