Pension being harassed and not getting assistance

Hi Telkom why are you abusing my grandmother? She is a pensioner we have been receiving hundreds of calls for her to upgrade a contract she nolonger wants? She is being over charged bcz she is not getting assistance to cancel this contract? Must she go up and down to the store with cruches and still not getting help? Do you want a picture so that her state is not good?
