Pending Telkom Oder

I app**** for a telkom ADSL line on the 31.12.2018 of last year and my Oder is still showing pending, I received a sms to pay a deposit of R700.00 to telkom So i guess telkom has the money now so that do not care anymore. its been more than 2 months now. SO i want my Oder canceled i took out another internet option and is very pleased with the service. So i please want telkom to send me back my deposit as i did not get any service in almost 3 months.
