Pending Query For More Than 30 Days

<p>Mobile Talk mislead me into take a contract with them, with 3 after receiving the phone learned of their lies and immediately I cancelled the contract. They made an arrangement for to be collected and confirmed in writing that the contract is cancelled. However Telkom claim that the contract is not cancelled and have billed me for three consecutive months. I told talk what happened and said they will cancel the contract on their side and also refund my money. 30 days has passed and today I was billed again and Telkom can't even provide me with feedback on my existing query. I have ever experience such bad service in my life.</p>
