PENDING ORDER

Ordered a iPhone 12 Pro Max 256GB since 30 June and still haven't received it. Are you able to advise when i will receive it? Because the agents contacting me via email say there is stock but call center agents say there is now stock, how is it possible that same organisation has different communication...VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!
