Pending eSim Application Approval.

I’m utterly disgruntled and infuriated with the service received from Telkom Menlyn Direct where I was helped by a Sales Consultant by the name Stephens. I had since app**** for an eSim on the 15th December and to date same has not been activated. I have endless tried calling the store only to be informed by the an Online Consultant that the Outlet is not receptive to inward calls.
