Penalty of 202

Very disguested with Telkom I cancelled contract now am owing 363 I only found out when it was with the lawyers how can a person pay something that was closed my id no it’s *** *** I can’t pay something I closed and it’s affecting my itc and apparently was charged 202 penalty
