penalty charge nd double debit of dfrnt amounts

Telkom call centre staff mis inform me then even worse they never communicated with me . I was debitted twice dfrnt amount .even worse was made to pay unpaid bank charges cos telkom nd they collection department do wat pleases them . I won't refer anyone else to take telkom contract anymore due to my worst experience . why must u even charge 200 for penalty of debit like really even for first attempt. I called was advised not to make a payment next thing u just block my acc . I recruited 4 ppl to join telkom noe I regret
