Penalty charge dispute

I changed by debit order date and as a result it bounced. As a result i am being charged R202 . I looked into my contract - the signed one. There is no clause of such - I even sent them a copy from ISTORE.

Why add such fees when they are not on the initial contract showing that I understood n signed / approve of the them. I logged a case on the 5 of April 2024 .. still no feed back
