Penalties for unsuccessful debits and poor network.

I am extremely unhappy with Telkom. They charge R200 for unsuccessful debits. This is very unfair because our banks already charge us if there are unsuccessful debits. So we are being penalized twice for one thing. This is unfair. I would discourage anyone from using Telkom. Bad network and bad service.
