Penalties and fees

So telkom did not debit me for the month of April so obviously I missed s payment due to that I received a fine, paid it up, then end May I went and made a payment physically before my debit order date, but now they decide they going to debit me and I Recieved a penalty fee as it bounced but I made the payment physically because I was scared they don't debit me, now I must pay this penalty and the ampunt I paid end may was more than my discussed amount plus I went into telkom around March sometime to sort out these issues and was told it OK. After paying about R1500 in penalties, I'm do fed up and used with this people
