Payments update
Telkom is really failing me as their customer, they've been failing to resolve the issue I am being having with them since I've opened a contract with them.they are failing to update the cash payments I've been making to their account, now I don't even know where should I go for help as I've tried to ask them resolve the issue.they are still failing.What kind of business is Telkom running.i don't even know what to do anymore

07 Jun 2018, 08:28I hope it's not going to take forever as I feel it is,I have been a loyal customer to Telkom but they don't give me a good treatment...as a customer I don't even know what to do right now.where to pay my contact account, because Telkom is saying that they are unable to find all the payments I have made to them .the worsed part of it is that countless cases have been opened for this problem but no one is willing to help me.IT MEANS THAT THIS COULD AFFECT MY CREDIT RECORD.PLEASE SOLVE THIS ISSUE AS SOON AS YOU CAN.AND WHO IS TELKOM BECAUSE EVEN THEIR CUSTOMER CARE LINE IS UNABLE TO HELP ME..SINCE SEPTEMBER
