Payments made but keep getting told I havnt

If I could give zero stars I would. Every single month I get msgs telling me I havnt paid and my account is in arrears n then my account gets suspended. Yet I get an sms when the debit order goes off my account and it shows on my bank statement. Debit order went off 2nd May this month, Now TODAY, I get yet another sms of being in arrears for R4k, but on the 3rd of May "payment has been made and your services will be restored "... When I speak to a Consultant, they tell me there's nothing they can do if the debit order didn't go off, or if there was insufficient funds in my account, which I don't understand as there's still funds in my account after each telkom debit!! FUMING!
