Payments deducted from my account monthly but no data provided by Telkom

I took a contract for data with Telkom last year in November 2017. This was for the black Friday special for 20G data monthly and I had to complete the application online and this was approved and the phone was delivered to me. I however have never received any data from Telkom and the following month I went to the Telkom store in Northgate and I was told that my contract was reflecting as cancelled on the system but they could not accept return of the phone as this was provided by their subcontractor. I was also informed that they could not see any reasons for the cancellation. Telkom has been taking money from my account every month until today for data that I never receive. I have tried to resolve this and have gone to the store several times but I have not been assisted. I have been making payments for 7 months now for no services from Telkom. I need my money back and for Telkom to take their phone as I have not used it or for the contract to be reinstated and refunded for the last 7 months.
