<p>after making all this arrangement and payments to nudebts still no body know what's going on the account and they can't tell me if the line will be reconnected on not. Stupid service that I receive at Telkom, and this guy call Donald sends me an SMS with this number 011 ********** that doesn't even work, totally unacceptable from you that you can't receive accurate information when you need one.</p> <p> </p> <p>you customer care agents are so rude they don't have respect to the customer, I don't wish to continue with your services anymore as soon as this is over I won't be needing your poor customer services </p>
